GuessWise is designed to work without an account and without collecting personal data.
Information Stored on Your Device
Your entered guesses, feedback colors, saved solve history, and statistics are stored locally on your device. GuessWise Version 1.0 does not sync this information to a cloud service operated by the developer.
Screenshots selected for import are processed on your device. GuessWise does not upload those screenshots to the developer.
Answer-List Updates
GuessWise may contact the public WordleHints answer-history endpoint at most once per day to refresh its answer list. The request does not include your guesses, solve history, imported screenshots, or statistics.
As with any internet request, the service operator may receive ordinary network metadata, such as an IP address and user-agent information, under its own privacy practices. GuessWise remains usable with its bundled answer list if this request fails or is unavailable.
Optional Purchases
Optional tips are processed by Apple through the App Store. They do not unlock features or change app functionality. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and App Store terms. The developer does not receive your full payment-card details.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
GuessWise does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

This policy may be updated when GuessWise’s features or data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
